St. Maarten literature Loekie Morales
 Loekie Morales was born on Curacao, part of The Netherlands Antilles.
In 1979 she went to The Netherlands, where she studied to become a teacher
in geography and history. In 1986 she graduated and started a Post-HBO study
in environment, which she ended in 1993 with a degree in environment-geography. Being a author is her passion.
